I have been dealing with D and A services who has my XXXX account for the past few months and they are threatening to sue me if I pay them what they want. I am done paying them and I have gone to XXXX XXXX to have them settle this but D and A Services keep on calling me. I have not been served papers yet but I think that is coming as well in the next month or so. I know that this all interest based on my XXXX account anyways so either they will bite the bullet and repay me the {$500.00} or I will see them in court.
