On the morning of XX/XX/year>XXXX my wallet, which contained my Chime debit and Chime credit builder card, was stolen along with my cell phone. That same morning, between XXXX and XXXX ( exact times are in uploaded submission ), my card was used to make four fraudulent transactions. By the time I was able to get a phone to call Chime and notify them, the transactions had just been made. The next day I filed a police report with the XXXX Police Dept ( see submisson ) and on XX/XX/year>, I filed a report with XXXX. XXXX XXXX at the XXXX XXXX division of XXXX ( also submitted ). The officer who worked at this division received the camera footage of the thief using my cards to make illegal tranactions, verifying that it was not me who made these purchases. I have disputed these transactions three times and been denied all three times. Chime did not contact the Sergeant at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, even though I provided his name and number. I know this because after Chime denied my dispute the third and final time, I called him to see if they contacted him and he said that they had not. I have uploaded the police reports to their website in a timely manner and they don't seem to be investigating it, just simply denying my disputes.
