In XXXX, my former roommate used my stolen personal and financial information to apply for a loan through CashNetUSA. She had access to my paystubs, bank account, phone, and an email she created : XXXX. I did not apply for this loan, did not sign anything, and never received funds from CashNetUSA. My bank account was overdrafted repeatedly because of multiple fraudulent loans taken out in my name, and the account was eventually closed. Her mother agreed to pay off her debts if I didnt press charges. Since CashNetUSA was not on my credit report I was not aware it still existed until the collection popped up on my report from XXXX XXXX XXXX and I called to see what was going on. I have filed an FTC identity theft report, provided a police report. I have completed an Affidavit of Fraud I will attach for another loan that was fraudulently taken out. I also have court paperwork proving another fraudulent collection from the same time period was dismissed. This CashNetUSA loan is another result of the identity theft that occurred in XXXX, and I am requesting that this account be please removed.
