I paid my Target credit card with my bank account on the Target website and the payment posted on date XX/XX/2025 in the amount of {$160.00} and I should have a XXXX balance but my available credit is only {$39.00} so I called the customer service number on the back of the card and the representative on the 1st call told me she couldn't tell me why my credit line has not updated, So a week XXXX I called and asked for an updated on the 2nd call was told we don't have updated and i'm getting off the phone if you don't have anything else to discuss and the rep hung up the phone on me. on the 3rd call I was told that they have to speak to my bank to ensure the payment when through and I told the rep it's been 3 weeks since I made the payment and he said I know i see it right here and he confirmed they recevied they payment but I had to go through additional verification by doing a 3 way calll with my bank on the line or wait unitl XX/XX/XXXX. The issue is still not fixed. I'm sick and tired of calling these people from overseas and now I need you guys to get involved because I can't get and clear answer from them
