On XX/XX/XXXX I was blocked my Chime bank account because I don't have a currently valid XXXX issued document. I asked why was I allowed to open a bank account in the first place, if I never had an American issued document. Basically, even if I opened it with an XXXX passport, my XXXX page on it, declaring I was working for XXXX XXXX in XXXX from XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, was the work permit they needed to open it. I wasn't informed about the need to close my account on my way out from the United States, so on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX my bank account with almost XXXX XXXX dollars on it will just be closed due to inactivity and I can do nothing about it, since I can not unfreeze it since I never had an American document. Right now I am XXXX and I am in XXXX, that doesn't let me be back in the United States to work anytime soon as in the next year. I would like to know if there is anything I can do about it to have my money back. I consent to give you any personal information you could need to solve this issue for me.
