For more than 2 months now i have been trying to get my lien release form from TD Auto Finance. I have talked to them a handful of times now and i still can not receive the lien release form. A few times their associates said the address the wrote was incorrect ( probably not the case since this was the response received more than once ) and now the most recent phone call was almost three weeks ago where they said they will escalate the matter and have it sent over night. I just want to put this behind me and would greatly appreciate any help. Companies have no problem charging interest or ruining someones credit if their clients are late when will companies start to be liable for their shortfalls to the clients. I have now lost a sale of my vehicle due to the ridiculous delays in getting my lien release form.
