On XX/XX/year> my XXXX XXXX XXXX said that my account is restricted and can not tran funds that I already had on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX to let them know the they then sent me over to XXXX XXXX XXXX to escalate my issue further and that is whe they told me to give them 48 hours to look over my. After one week of not hearing bac from XXXX XXXX, I took the initiative to give the a call and then they explained to me tha was forever banned from XXXX XXXX with no explanation or reason. I have been a loy customer with XXXX XXXX for the last 4 years and used it many times with friends and family as it makes it convenient for us to transfer and send money to each other. I demand my situation to be further looked into further and given an explanation for my account being restricted and to be legally further looked into.
