This loan with XXXX was paid off, there were 2 payments made the first one was on XX/XX/year> for {$28000.00} and the other was on XX/XX/year> for {$700.00}. i received a payoff email ( not a letter ) on XX/XX/year> stating the loan was paid off on XX/XX/year>, this date is not correct and its prolonging the update of the account being updated to ( paid off status ) on my credit reports. My account is usually updated on my credit report the last day of every month, since the loan was paid off there has not been an update. if the account shows paid off in XXXX system why is it not being updated on the normal schedule of the last day of every month?
