In 2021, my former roommate/girlfriend used my stolen identity to open multiple loans in my name. XXXX was with Avio Credit. She had access to my paystubs, phone, bank information, and she controlled an email under my name : XXXX. I never authorized this loan, never applied for it, never signed anything, and never received any funds. I only recently found out about this debt because of a call I received from a debt collector, XXXX years later. I immediately emailed who the debt collector told me to email to dispute the collection. My bank account in XXXX became overdrafted because of multiple fraudulent loans she took out, and the bank eventually closed my account. I never saw or benefited from any of the funds that Avio allegedly issued. I have filed an FTC identity theft report, provided a police report. I also completed an Affidavit of Fraud for other loans she took out. I also have court paperwork proving another fraudulent collection from the same time period was dismissed by a judge. This Avio Credit loan is another result of the identity theft that occurred in 2021, and I am requesting that this account be removed. Please, I am requesting validation and removal, as this loan is part of a series of identity-theft incidents from 2021.
