I have a secured credit card from PCB ( XXXX ) credit card company. First, I had my card stolen, so I request a new card to be sent back to my mailing address. Past forward, i have been calling to make payments since the end of XXXX. Each time I called, the answer machine goes to voicemail, I called so many times, and left 2 voicemail for them to call me back. So far, I still havent get my card in the mail, nor a call back but they are reporting me stating I am late on my payments when they are not reaching back to me nor mail my card out. PCB-
