This complaint is being filed against XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for conducting an unauthorized and unlawful credit inquiry on my XXXX consumer credit report. The inquiry was made without my knowledge, consent, authorization, or any permissible purpose as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Unauthorized Inquiry Identified XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date of Inquiry : XX/XX/year> I did not apply for credit, request financing, authorize a credit pull, or engage in any transaction with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that would legally justify accessing my credit file. No communication, contract, or interaction occurred that would grant them permission to obtain my consumer report. FCRA Violations This unauthorized access constitutes a direct violation of : FCRA Section 604 requiring a permissible purpose for every credit inquiry.
