Issue : Missing funds after migration from XXXX to Credit Karma Money Company : Credit Karma XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for Credit Karma Money Description : I had money saved in the XXXX app prior to its shutdown in XXXX. XXXX transferred user funds to Credit Karma Money when the service was discontinued. My funds were moved, but I have been unable to find or access them through Credit Karma since that migration. I attempted to withdraw the money multiple times beginning last XXXX, but the balance does not appear in my Credit Karma Money account. Customer support has not resolved the issue and I have not been told which partner bank is holding the account. I am filing this complaint because : Funds that were previously visible in XXXX are now missing. Regret not withdrawing the funds as i trusted that Credit Karma is a reputable institution. Credit Karma has not provided a clear explanation of where the money went. Since XX/XX/year>, i have been transferred from one customer rep to another without a resolution. I can not access, withdraw, or even locate the funds. This has been ongoing for an extended period XX/XX/year> with no resolution. I am requesting that Credit Karma and its partner bank identify where my XXXX balance was transferred, restore my access to the funds, and allow me to withdraw the money. Requested Resolution : Locate the missing funds, restore access to my account balance, and provide withdrawal capability.
