I woke up on XXXX XXXX and realized my direct deposit had not hit my account. I checked my account and noticed unauthorized cash advances through the my pay feature and pay anyone function. {$52.00} from my pay advance and 15 transaction from pay anyone feature. The charges were declined 3 times one to XXXX XXXX apparently in XXXX failed and 2 for XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX in XXXX keep in mind I did not leave XXXX Then from XXXX XXXX XXXX transactions went through ranging from $ XXXX increments went through to XXXX XXXX who accessed my pay advance and removed {$52.00}. Once I realized I called chime at approximately XXXX XXXX and advised them of the problem. I advised them of my last transactions whoc occured at Abt XXXXXXXX XXXX and told them I had been hacked. And completely complied with everthing needed apke to their fraud department and was cooperative with their procedure I pointed out how as the consumer they allowed these transactions to go through without even alerting me and now I receive an email atatin my claim is denied. clearly it is no way I can be in XXXX states in such a short time frame I don't know these people and advised a police report can be furnished and I had to pick it up. This is a major inconvenience I advised needed to travel and alerted them I will be in XXXX XXXX XXXX however the decline is a disadvantage as I have bills to pay and I was transparent letting them know the time I used this feature was yr ago this is inconvenient and unfair. I need my money pls help.
