Consumer Narrative
Navy Federal closed my dispute appeal request and told me they can not move forward without documentation from XXXX XXXX. However, Navy Federal keeps closing my case as if it is resolved, even though the appeal has never been completed. They have not explained my rights or responsibilities clearly, and they are not processing my appeal according to Regulation E. Ive spoken to multiple supervisors who have told there is nothing they can do the case is closed and they can not discuss legal issues with me ( regulation e ). I had 2 supervisors hang up on me while i was talking one even saying the conversation was no longer productive. This complaint is NOT about the original transaction and NOT a duplicate. It is about Navy Federal failing to properly handle my appeal and giving confusing and incomplete information about the process. XXXX XXXX closed my case instead of providing the documentation Navy Federal needs.
