The company has failed to respond to my request, the company has failure to contact me at the phone number on the records, I requested a change of email address in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and I am still being asked to sign in using my old email address, which all of my critical information is being delivered to, I will request an order for open records to properly process the information on the change. I do need to verify that all the information is correct and accurate. And then I would like acknowledgment form of communications to be made available and provided to me since Bridgecrest acceptance has informed CFPB of the timeline for proper implementation of communications that the merchant has said to have been processed.
