I am filing a formal complaint against Good Leap regarding a solar loan financed through them for panels installed by XXXX. The loan was signed in XX/XX/year>, but the panels were not installed until XX/XX/year>, making the federally required 3-day cancellation period invalid, as the product was not delivered or installed until nearly XXXX months later. The system has never produced the promised energy output. A XXXX engineer later admitted that my roof can not physically support the number of panels required to meet promised production, and that the system should never have been installed.
