I am filing this complaint against Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX for knowingly reporting and maintaining false, unverified late payments on my mortgage account ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for the months XXXX and XXXX. Despite multiple disputesincluding a second and final follow-upExperian has failed to provide any documentation, proof, or verification, nor has it corrected the inaccurate entries, directly violating FCRA 1681i ( failure to reasonably reinvestigate ) and 1681s-2 ( furnishing information known to be inaccurate ). The account is being reported with repeated late payments even though Experian can not produce any evidence, making the data unverifiable and legally required to be deleted. Experians refusal to comply with its statutory duties is causing ongoing harm to my credit profile and constitutes negligent and willful noncompliance.
