On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX am I contacted PNC banks customer service line in regards to my account being over drafted. After waiting to speak with a representative I explained my issue, which was i had XXXX XXXX deposits that were made XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX being {$1700.00} and the XXXX being {$1200.00}, which was noted by PNC to be deposited today XXXX first representative i spoke with tried to help but when they kept repeating the same questions it seemed like they didn't know how. Instead of redirecting me they pretended to not be able to hear me. After the call ended I waited for them to return my call, after XXXX minutes I concluded they must have did that on purpose. So when I spoke with the second person I asked for the first persons name and they said they couldn't access that information. I informed them of my frustration and asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to patch me through to a supervisor and continued to try and assist me. I informed them I could barely understand them and asked again to speak with a supervisor. They insisted on trying to help me but just ended up switching me to a different department. After speaking with the XXXX person they informed me it would take an extra day to process the {$1200.00}. After explaining to them the reason why I made the purchases that overdraft my account they insisted on me adding more money.
