XXXX represented the vehicle as having approximately XXXX miles, and this mileage was included in the XXXX purchase contract and the XXXX odometer disclosure. I recently attempted to trade in the vehicle, and the dealership informed me that the vehicle shows a confirmed odometer rollback that occurred in XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX months before XXXX sold it to me.
