I opened a checking account with TD Bank in XXXX and was never informed of a XXXX XXXX monthly maintenance fee, minimum-balance requirement, or any fee schedule at account opening. I received NO written disclosure of fees as required under the Truth in Savings Act / Regulation DD ( 12 CFR 1030.4 ( a ) ( 1 ) ). Despite the lack of disclosure and my lack of consent, the bank has been deducting XXXX XXXX monthly maintenance fees for over XXXX years. These unauthorized transfers also violate Regulation E ( Electronic Fund Transfer Act ) specifically 12 CFR 1005.10 and 1005.11, which require explicit authorization for withdrawals and proper error resolution. Furthermore, increasing the minimum balance requirement and charging undisclosed fees constitutes an unfair, deceptive, or abusive practice under UDAAP ( 12 U.S.C. 5531 and 5536 ).
