I opened an account and completed all the terms of the offer as stated, but the company will not give me the bonus or tell me why I'm not eligible for the bonus. -Account opened XX/XX/year> from the XXXX offer link ( term stated it had to be opened from XXXX XXXX this fulfills that term ) - {$5000.00} deposit made the same day, XX/XX/year> ( term stated a {$5000.00} had to be made within XXXX days of account opening and that money had to be held foXXXX XXXX days after deposit ) - {$4900.00} withdrawn on XX/XX/year> ( That completed the term of holding the money for 90 days ). -Two debit cards purchases were made on XX/XX/year> ( term stated XXXX debit card purchases had to be made within XXXX days of account opening so this fulfilled that term ). I fulfilled all of the terms as stated in the offer. I am 100 % eligible for the bonus. I contacted their support and asked why I had not received the bonus. After XXXX weeks the support group replied saying the XXXX XXXX says I am not eligible for the bonus. I've asked why I'm not eligible and the support group told me " I don't know why, the Accounts Team just says you're not eligible. '' This appears to be fraud on their part. I have asked them to tell me why I'm not eligible or to deposit the {$300.00} bonus sine I've met all the terms, but they have not done either one.
