My spouse entered XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year>, which makes our auto loan eligible for the SCRA 6 % interest rate cap. I contacted Bridgecrest by phone to request the required documentation showing : ( 1 ) the date the APR was changed to 6 %, ( 2 ) the date the modification was entered into their system, and ( 3 ) updated written loan disclosures. During that call, Bridgecrest promised that all requested documents would be emailed within 2448 hours. The call was recorded for legal safety. Three days later, Bridgecrest only provided a copy of the original contract and a modification letter. The modification letter ( dated XX/XX/year> ) was mailed to an old address and does NOT show the APR-effective date, which is the main item I requested. Bridgecrest is refusing to provide : The effective date the APR was changed to 6 % The system-entry date showing when the modification was applied Updated written disclosures reflecting the interest rate change Bridgecrest keeps sending automated emails stating they can not discuss specifics via email and that I must call again. However, I already called, already complied, and was already promised these documents via email, not by phone. This has caused delays and prevents me from verifying whether Bridgecrest correctly applied the SCRA interest rate reduction and any retroactive adjustments. I am requesting assistance getting the missing documents and verifying whether Bridgecrest applied the correct interest rate effective on my spouses active-duty start date.
