This account with Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ) was removed from my credit report on XX/XX/year> and then illegally reinserted yesterday without the required prior notice. Under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), reinsertion of a previously deleted account is unlawful unless the consumer is provided written notice within five ( 5 ) business days of the reinsertion which I did not receive. In addition, I have never received any written validation or initial notice of this alleged debt as required under FDCPA 809 ( a ), nor have I ever been provided proper verification despite submitting a timely validation request well over 30 days ago. Under FDCPA 809 ( b ), all collection activity and credit reporting must cease until verification is provided, yet this account continues to be reported. To lawfully validate this debt, TSI must provide : the name of the original creditor, a copy of any contract or agreement bearing my signature, full itemized account statements and payment history, the original account open date, proof of legal ownership or assignment of the debt to Transworld Systems Inc., and documentation showing legal authority to collect in my state. None of this has been provided. The act of deleting this account and then reinserting it without statutory notice, while still failing to provide validation, is a direct violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. I am demanding immediate deletion of this account from all credit bureaus. Failure to comply will result in formal legal action.
