I am submitting a new complaint because the prior response from Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ) did not address the core issues and did not provide legally required validation of the alleged XXXX utility debt. The documentation TSI provided shows XXXX stating : There is no final bill available. Without a final bill, the balance being reported can not be verified or substantiated. TSI did not provide any billing history, itemized charges, service records, contract, signed agreement, or chain of assignment. In addition, the alleged account is linked to an address where I never had XXXX service. That location has always been serviced by a different utility provider ( XXXX XXXX ). I lived in another state during the dates of alleged service and previously provided proof of residency to TSI, but they continued reporting the account. The account is also being reported with three different balances and three different account statuses across the credit bureaus, which violates FCRA accuracy requirements. Because XXXX does not have a final bill and can not verify records prior to 2018 without a subpoena, TSI could not have received proper validation. Reporting a balance that can not be verified is inaccurate and misleading. I am requesting further review because this alleged debt remains unverified, is tied to the wrong service address, and is being reported inaccurately.
