For the past year I have been disputing unauthorized transactions with Chime and explaining how also some of these merchants that are withdrawing from my account is not official merchants or charges. My devices have been hacked, and I have explained my privacy concerns multiple times, but the company has not done anything about except for give me an option to close my account and lose all my credit building history and to start over as a new customer. I have also reported to them random emails and changes that take place on my account that wouldn't qualify for a decrease in my credits as they keep trying to tell me. they claim to have no notes on my account about all of my disputes and reports with their reporting including all violations and errors that have been reported. I have being asking about them investigating my account deeper but there has been no response and due to them being virtual I'm concerned it can be their system hacked or malfunctioning and they are refusing to do so.
