XXXX requested a XXXX day investigation through CFPB to look into an identity theft dispute Ive filing with them for almost a year or so now with the legal documentation showing proof of identity theft. Thats a violation of my rights FCRA 611. Failure to remove an item Ive disputed for identity theft is a clear violation of FCRA 605B. TransUnion has not removed the fraudulent/identity-theft account in violation of FCRA 605B and 611, I am prepared to pursue legal action if XXXX continues to violate the FCRA.
