I also requested that all collection activity cease until proper validation was provided. Despite my dispute, PDM attempted to collect the full {$3900.00} balance, including disputed charges, and reported the account to credit bureaus. PDM claimed to have sent prior validation, which I never received, and their actions misrepresented the debts validity. After filing disputes with XXXX and XXXX, the account was deleted due to PDMs failure to provide lawful validation. PDMs continued collection attempts and reporting of unverified debt constitute violations of FDCPA 805 ( c ), 809 ( b ), 1692e and FCRA 1681e ( b ), 1681i ( a ), and 1681s-2 ( b ).
