My Capital One account was garnished from XXXX XXXX XXXX, we came to agreements and settled debt. They Fax the release form XX/XX/year> to unfreeze my account ( Capital one fax # XXXX ). I keep calling Capital One they continue to claim they have not received the release form. I've contacted noack law firm numbers times as well and they have confirmed by showing me timestamps of when they have fax over release form for my account ( they say multiple customers have called to complaint about same issue ). This situation has put me through a hardship, my accounts are overdrafted. My mortgage has not been paid, I am not on federal benefits and have no more money to be able to even buy my babies a container of milk. I need help ASAP. H
