b'On this day, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received a call from my mortgage provider offering to refinance my existing mortgage at a rate that was 1% less than I am paying currently with no out of pocket cost. After verifying the details ad being assured that there was truly no out of pocket cost, I agreed to proceed. After the representative ran my credit, he sent the loan documents. There was a $XXXX fee to me appearing. I sent several emails questioning this and finally had to call to speak to the agent. I was then told that yes, I would have to pay the amount. This is dishonest and illegal to change the terms of the loan after an agreement was made. Now I have a hit to my credit score because this person lied. I contacted the company to complain, but they do not appear to care. \n\nThe representative was on a recorded line when he stated there were no charges to me.
