In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, when I was XXXX, I applied for a personal loan to pay off my credit cards and because I lost my source of income. I knew how much the loan limit was ( {$2800.00} ), I knew that they payments were going to be bi-weekly for 36 months, at {$100.00}, which was eventually reduced to {$100.00}. I also knew that the interest was going to reduce by 2 % after 6 months. I will be honest ; I am young, this was the first time I had ever taken out a loan, and I do not recall if the interest was 89.90 % when I signed, until a few days ago I checked my account and saw that out of the {$2800.00} that I owed, I had an outstanding balance of {$2700.00} including accrued interest of {$66.00}. In XXXX payments including this weeks payment ( XXXX weeks since XX/XX/year> and today is XX/XX/year> ) I have paid Personify Financial {$2100.00}. The website will not give me the option to turn off AutoPay, and I have not tried to contact the company because I believe I fell for a scam and I am ashamed that it took me this long to realize it.
