My checking and savings accounts at Regions Bank were closed on XX/XX/year>. While I was given a letter at one of their branches, it didnt give me much if any information why my accounts were closed. All I know is that they will send me a check on XX/XX/year>. The problem is that I need those funds immediately. I also contacted the Social Security office to see if the money today - XX/XX/year> - and I was told the money never came back to SSA. I went in to the Regions Branch in XXXX XXXX to see if I could get my money back and they told me my account was frozen. As I stated earlier in this letter, I need those funds immediately.
