My property was sold on XX/XX/year> and the mortgage was paid in full. ( Freedom Mortgage sent me a letter stating that the mortgage was paid in full. ) When the mortgage was originated Freedom Mortgage filed XXXX liens on the property. The second XXXX was mistaken ly filed to correct an omission on the first XXXX. When the property was sold XXXX XXXX was released but not the other. Since early XXXX, my attorney and I have contacted Freedom 's Customer Service doens of times. Each time, we were told that the Lien Release Section was working on the problem and they would get back with us in a few days. They have never gotten back. Until the second lien is released, the title compant will not release the procedes from the sale that is due me.
