On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent XXXX documentsan Affidavit of Truth, a Formal Notice of Revocation of Repossession Rights, a Notice of Liability, and a Demand for Lien Removalvia certified mail with return receipt. I received the first green card on XX/XX/XXXX, and the second on XX/XX/XXXX, confirming delivery. I did not receive any response or any of the information requested. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent XXXX additional documents : a Notice of Intent, a Notice of Opportunity to Cure, and a Notice of Default. I received the return receipts on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I received no response. Despite the notices sent and confirmed as delivered, the company continues to report on my credit file. Also have not been sent the 1099 for charge off or certified lien release along with other info mentioned in the letters. I have also sent a couple cease and desists going back as far as XXXX of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. The complaints are on record.
