Im paying off this loan manually and theyre trying to take it out auto pay so when Im paying it manually, theyre saying insufficient funds when theyre trying to do it auto pay and the balance is not dropping off. I showed them a statement of payment theyre saying I still owe that are paid because I paid them off early and the balance was not dropping down, I asked him to send me a statement of work. I get a statement and theyre not giving it to me. I have three emails saying that the overdraft payment was returned to my cash app which it wasnt and no ones helping me with that.
