XXXX : Authorized user of Sofi Credit Card authorized the purchase of entrance tickets for the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX from a website ( XXXX that was deliberately misrepresenting itself as the official XXXX XXXX XXXX website. The XXXX tickets purchased totaled {$220.00}. XXXX : Within hours, I questioned the price of the tickets, investigated the website my partner purchased the tickets from, and determined that it was a scam website. All communication regarding these scam tickets made it clear that there are no refunds or cancelations. A quick XXXX search of this company " XXXX XXXX '' quickly revealed that other people had fallen for this same scam companies overpriced tickets. I then called the Sofi dispute hotline and requested the charge be canceled. They informed me that because the charge was still pending, they couldn't do anything about it yet and instructed me to call them back.
