XXXX. Unauthorized Transfer / Misappropriation of Funds I instructed Chime not to use my Secured Deposit Account to pay my negative Credit Builder Card balance. Despite my instructions, Chime closed my XXXX XXXX account and used {$130.00} from my Secured Deposit Account to pay the {$100.00} balance. Violation : Breach of Chimes Electronic Fund Transfer Terms & Conditions for Safer Credit Building, which require authorization for any transfer from Secured Deposit to Card Account. Misrepresentation of Account Ownership / Rights to Funds Chime representatives falsely stated that the {$130.00} Secured Deposit was not mine.
