Unauthorized funds was removed from my chime checking account not only once but thrice from a XXXX XXXX whom I've no idea who she is in the amounts of {$150.00}, {$2.00}, and {$350.00}.. I have filed a police report with detective XXXX from my local PD office in XXXX XXXX which I've submitted to chime after the detective told me he knows who XXXX XXXX is and theft like this is what she does and these transactions are completely unauthorized .. chime still went ahead and denied my claims yet again .. despite the detective asking that they reach out to him with any questions or concerns.. I basically never stood a chance. I work very hard for my money and this is causing me a lot of emotional and mental distress .. ( please help ). It has really been an awful experience banking with chime
