By way of e-mail dated XX/XX/year> XXXX provided a second notice of payment due from NewRez LLC, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Michigan XXXX. By way of recorded message, New Rez advised me that payment had been made on XX/XX/year>. On XX/XX/year> I reviewed payments made to my insurance account at XXXX. As of XX/XX/year> I do not see any record of payment received by XXXX. Note that NewRez did not pay against the initial billing which had been sent by XXXX. Thus the payment made on XX/XX/year> is already a late payment. I am contacting the CFPB in order for CFPB to have a record of this late payment. If this is a complaint that has become common among those with accounts at NewRez, then it may be appropriate for CFPB to begin monitoring NewRez as a company which may have come to be insolvent and has begun to use escrow account liabilities to cover for disadvantageous cash flow.
