Consumer Narrative
Shellpoint mortgage is the company, We signed at closing that there would be no escrow. We have paid our insurance and taxes out right, the past 4-5 months they started increasing our payment for escrow account. We have called 8 times sent emails, every time they say they will resolve the problem and then we get a letter in the mail 7-10 days later saying our request has been denied. They have increased our payment XXXX per month and we have tried for several months to resolve but the will do nothing.
