Closed acct on XX/XX/XXXX Charged XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX Called XX/XX/XXXX asking for refund for XXXX. XXXX couldn't help Called XXXX when I got charged again and again, couldn't help me Called my bank and told them what's going on. They investigated and returned XXXX Called XX/XX/XXXX asking for a supervisor. Said they would call back with XXXX hrs. No call Called today, XXXX and asked them to stop emails and charges and customer service, " XXXX '', told me I had a balance. There should be no balance. XXXX was charged always on XXXX of month. Please help me. This was a credit builder card but I canceled it and they won't stop. I have a perfect payment history on my credit and am so frustrated.
