On XX/XX/year>, I contacted XXXX XXXX regarding my bill. I had just switched my number and device over to XXXX XXXX XXXX and due to the switch, my online access was revoked. This prevented me from paying my bill. I contacted support via phone, live chat, and XXXX messages several times to find a way to access my final bill so that I could pay it off. Every attempt to gain access to my account proved impossible, as they closed my account completely and I could not access any XXXX online service with my phone number or billing account number. I opted to go in store so that I representative could access my account from their system. For some reason, even they could not pull my account up, as my name, social security number, and phone number were no longer in their system. I could not pay online. I could not pay over the phone. I could not pay in store. All I could do is wait for my bill to be sent to a debt collector, which brings us here. My debt is owned by MRS BPO who I can't get in contact with. Their phone line is entirely automated and I can't speak to a live representative no matter how many different prompts I try. I want to pay off this debt but I do not think it's fair for it to show up on my credit report, as I had literally no way to pay my bill. MRS BPO has not given me a fair chance to dispute this report and resolve this debt in a way that does not harm my credit history. I am willing to pay this debt in full, but am not willing to allow it be a negative mark on my credit report. XXXX gave me XXXX opportunity to resolve this debt before it was sent to collections despite my repeated efforts to resolve it on time.
