My mortgage was sold to this company from my previous mortgage lender. I have only received one piece of documentation and it stated that my payment was due today and I could not make any more payments to my previous lender. I have spent the whole day trying to contact this lender so I can make my payment today and not have a late payment. And I also requested a bill in writing. I have not been able to make a payment on my due date and have not been able to speak to an actual person who works for this company.
