Atlantic Recovery Solutions has been harassing about a debt from over 4 years ago and the debt they are trying to collect isn't from the original creditor. They have called and texted me over 10 times in the past week and when I spoke to the person handling the account, he threatened to sue me if I didn't pay the balance on the account. When I didn't give him the answer he wanted, he hung up on me. I am getting constant robocalls from them and I want it to stop. When I spoke to another representative today, I told him to cease and desist all calls, but he also said the company would sue me for the balance. I told them repeatedly that I would not talk to them about the debt since I never did business with their company, but they are still saying they will file suit for the balance.
