Our prior CFPB complaint ( XXXX ) involving fraudulent transactions made to our account was resolved, however Target/TD Bank did not fully credit our account properly to reflect a zero balance. Our XXXX statement has a residual balance of {$3.00}, but we personally have not used this card since XX/XX/year>. Each month, another {$1.00} is added to the statement. XXXX shows {$4.00}, XXXX {$5.00}, XXXX {$6.00}, XXXX {$7.00}. I have called twice now, spoke to their customer service and their fraud departments, I'll get someone who looks into the issue and account history, they apologize and say they'll fix it, and yet the problem remains. I'm clearly not getting anywhere with Target/TD Bank , so I'm filing a new CFPB complaint. It's a nominal amount of money, but they were supposed to fix it with the prior complaint since we did not personally incur any charges and our account was used fraudulently. It just doesn't seem to end and we can never get an actual zero balance.
