I reached out to my lien holder via email requesting a loan modification because my APR is 29.6 % at 72 months and I noticed that there are several add ons such as GAP and Service Contract which adds to my loan. I followed up with a phone call I was transferred to the escalation department, but before that I was told they could not give me a reinstatement amount. When transferred I was told it is company policy that loans can not be modified that my loan is written in stone and nothing could be done. I asked about the daily rate I am charged when my payment is late and the only late fee I see is {$50.00} dollars added to my payment. Also I was told that that information could be sent to me and it was not and also told that those fees are internal. Looking over my loan the dealership was predatory in the sale of my vehicle with a loan it which I currently have. In speaking the the agent at GLS name XXXX in the escalation department I was told that she was losing her patience and I decided to end the call. In conclusion I was told there is no way to modify my loan at all.
