I have been a faithful customer with Capital One for years, always pay on time, raised my Credit score as there website says that doing these things would help to lower my interest rate. I called and talked with a financial supervisor and was told that even by doing the above mentioned will not lower my interest rate. There interest rates are above federal standards to my knowledge as are most credit cards. I would like to get it lowered, I earned it by there suggestions
