XX/XX/XXXX Received notice of final determination of XXXX bank transactions. AMOUNT : {$14000.00}. I did not authorize or participate in these charges in any way. My card has at no time been out of my possession. ( The charge of {$1.00} on XX/XX/XXXX is indeed mine and I believe it was included in the statement of disputed items in error by my local branch ). I returned to my branch manager to report the findings of the investigation. I once again reported that in no way did I authorized these transactions. I have no knowledge of " XXXX '' in XXXX, XXXX or XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Provisional credit was issued on XXXX additional transactions in the amount of {$1000.00} dated XX/XX/XXXX to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Why were XXXX deemed fraudulent & the remaining as if I approved them? These transactions were unauthorized by me. Per Branch Manager, XXXX XXXX 's report to me, the investigation has been reopened due to her insistence in proving my innocence & that my account has been compromised. I returned a missed call to Renasant XXXX, Dispute Department on XX/XX/XXXX and " XXXX '' answered the phone. I told her my name & that I was returning a missed call from her department and she abruptly hung up on me with no return call for an explanation for her unacceptable phone action. It definitely was done purposefully. I deserve answers in this case & to be informed of their progress before the 90 day investigation is completed. XXXX XXXX is assigned to my case. She has communicated with me by phoning me to verbally state to her, in addition to my report to my local branch manager, what happened, once again as my case was reopened. I have been informed that Renasant XXXX does not believe my innocence and that I am guilty until proven innocent. As a consumer, I am asking that you investigate my case and stand up for my rights for a fair & impartial investigation & the provisional money be credited to my account & rightfully so.
