On XX/XX/year>, I received an email from email with stating that it was possibly an adverse reaction rejecting my background check as a pharmacist. I never applied for a pharmacist technician because I am not XXXX and have never held any license. I was hired as an inbound representative, and the dispute lead, XXXX from XXXX, a First Advantage XXXX ( www.fadv.com ), reached out and asked me if I was a pharmacist, and I replied no, I have never been a pharmacist or a technician I worked in the inbound customer care refill department for XXXX XXXX and was promoted to Care XXXX my ending roll. I applied for an inbound representative position to work from home. At that time, I was advised by the lead to submit a dispute, and it could take up to 30 days. On today, XX/XX/year>, I was notified of the adverse reaction stands but could not tell me what is on my background they sent me a copy of the report with links that don't open and would not tell me over the phone what is on my link all the could say is to look at the report the report gives me a code that I do not understand XXXX XXXX and pharmacist technician license # XXXX a license that I do not know of this idenity theft.
