On XX/XX/XXXX I opened a dispute with my bank which is Current that is the name of my bank Current for unauthorized transactions that occured between my accounts when my wallet and phone were stolen when I was on my new XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX as well which had me in a XXXX XXXX for a few days when I finally woke I noticed my phone missing as well as my wallet. By the time I was able to login into my account I got the unauthorized transactions that occured between two of my accounts money was sent from my current account to my XXXX account using my mobile device which was stolen as well. I immediately made a police report and opened. Dispute with XXXX and current and was denied by both merchants even after submitting all my evidence along with the police report indicating the large amount of money taken from my account which was my SOCIAL SECURITY back payment I was waiting for. When I opened the dispute with the current agent he only disputed three transactions when I submitted my written formal dispute to the company I indicated all the transactions unauthorized on my account.i was denied by XXXX and my current account and was told no error occured and my funds not refunded to my account so I'm at a total loss and have come to CFPB for help on this matter.
