On XX/XX/year>, I went to the bank to withdraw money to pay my rent, and the bank withheld all of my funds claiming a debt from another account that had already been closed. I did not receive any prior notice or clear explanation, and this has left me in a critical situation to cover my housing due first of the month. They didnt help me just gave me a number to call and the lady didnt gave me any options and didnt showed any empathy for my situation it did not offered me a payment plan. I request that the bank immediately return my funds and that this improper charge be investigated.
